The Mubdia’h Programme is an Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council (ADBWC) initiative designed to empower Emirati women to conduct specific business activities from their homes. Established in 2005 the programme aims to regulate and support home-based businesses for Emirati women entrepreneurs. It also aims to ensure that home businesses operate legally while benefitting from the various incentives.

The license shall be obtained from the Department of Planning and Economy in both Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, Al Ain after getting preliminary approval from the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council.
